FREE SHIPPING & HANDLING
We offer free standard shipping within the US on orders of $60.00 or more. Product pick up is free. Pickup is available at 2025 W Balboa Blvd suite a, Newport Beach, CA 92663.

Shipping & Handling Charges
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (Monday - Friday). During sales, processing may take longer. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday (excluding holiday weekends). We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. Orders $60 and over (excluding taxes and discounts). We ship only within the continental United States including Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship to freight forwarders. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for orders placed during major sales. Selecting a faster shipping method will not decrease processing time, it only speeds in transit time.

Lil ‘O’ Blossom shall not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier. Lil ‘O’ Blossom is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility ONLY. Once tracking is sent, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure safe arrival.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love the Lil ‘O’ Blossom product(s) you ordered! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused or gently used products you purchased online within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Only regular priced, current products qualify for return.
To return your product, please follow these steps:


1. Obtain a return authorization number from Lil ‘O’ Blossom. Please email info@liloblossom.com and request the authorization number, including your name, contact information, and the confirmed order number on your invoice. Returns will be processed only with a Lil ‘O’ Blossom issued authorization number.
2. Include the following in your package:
  • The original packaging and shipper box (if possible)
  • Your order receipt
  • The Lil ‘O’ Blossom return authorization number
3. Send the product(s) you wish to return to:

Ship to Lil ‘O’ Blossom at your expense by your method of choice. Lil ‘O’ Blossom does not reimburse any shipping related costs on returns or exchanges. For your security, please ship your return via insured carrier that provides a tracking number. Lil ‘O’ Blossom is not responsible for return packages lost in transit and the shipping fees are not refundable.


Refunds on product purchases from Lil ‘O’ Blossom.com are granted for the price of the product returned and sales tax (if applicable). Your shipping fee to return the product to Lil ‘O’ Blossom is not refundable. Refunds may take up to 30 days to be credited to your original method of payment.


Please allow 7-10 business days for return processing. Returned items will be processed promptly, generally within 3-5 business days of our receipt of your package. You will receive an email confirming that your return or exchange request has been processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 30 days or more to reflect the transaction.


SALE ITEMS FINAL SALE: Only regularly priced products may be returned for refund or exchange. All promotional, sale or discontinued items are final sales and cannot be returned. The determination about whether an item is eligible for return or exchange is made only in the sole and absolute discretion of Lil ‘O’ Blossom.


RETURN RESTRICTIONS
Products purchased at our online site may not be returned or exchanged at Lil ‘O’ Blossom retailers. Please contact the retailer to learn of their return policies. Products that were not purchased at Lil ‘O’ Blossom.com may not be returned to Lil ‘O’ Blossom via the online return process.

DAMAGES
Please inspect your package when it arrives. If the product you ordered is damaged in any way, please retain the shipping box, the product box, packing materials and other items inside and contact us info@liloblossom.com.
